I have never left a review for anything until now! But this company is so great I just had to! Fantastic company!! We had three different companies come and chose Biosphere due to their expertise, reputation for quality and the consultation we had with Chris. He knows his business and was able to answer all our questions and explained exactly what he was going to do. He kept us informed throughout the process and he and his crew do remarkable work. We had a second emergency, during the time they were working here, water was pouring through our ceiling from the HVAC unit in the attic and Chris came out on a Friday night at 7 pm to help us. We later learned that he left his birthday dinner to do this. I cannot say enough praise for this company. They show up, they are punctual and they get the job done!!

We experienced serious water damage from a second floor broken pipe that saturated our drywall and ran down into my dining room underneath. Chris and his crews were working on a big project on the other side of the county when he answered the call. He gave us an ETA, explained the process and what we could expect, as well as what he could do immediately upon arrival. He was here within a couple hours, exactly when he predicted. He set up industrial dehumidifers, which immediately started drawing moisture out of the walls. He used a moisture meter to determine the extent of the problem so we knew exactly what we were dealing with and what would require repair. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with good information so you can make an informed decision about repair work once the remediation is complete. I highly recommend Biosphere. They were life savers!! I was able to get my dining room back together in time for company and the upcoming holidays. Thank you Chris and the Biosphere Team!!
